What is the protocol for taking my bacteria sample?

Our free sampling kit must be on hand before you can submit your sample.

Drop by our lab Monday thru Friday 9-5 to pick up your free kit, or save the extra trip and call us and we will mail you one first class for a small shipping and handling fee.

Once you have your kit, follow the instructions, keep cold (below 50F), and deliver your sample to our lab the same day. Feel free to drop off samples on Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. We offer extended hours for drop off on Thursday till 6:30pm.

Pickup options are available upon request.

Results will be available by phone within 24 hrs, and emailed (or mailed) within 48 hours.
